About the Festival

The TD Niagara Jazz Festival is a new, cutting-edge, exciting, not-for-profit jazz festival dedicated to celebrating the art form of jazz in the Niagara Region. Now going into its fourth year, the festival is a multi-venue series of live jazz events and educational initiatives taking place in the heart of Niagara.

Spearheaded by Juliet Dunn and Peter Shea, the founders and producers of the Twilight Jazz concert series, the TD Niagara Jazz Festival will present the finest Canadian and international jazz musicians over the course of 6 days during the last 2 weekends of July.

The goal of the TD Niagara Jazz Festival is to inspire, educate and develop future jazz audiences for generations to come by combining the live jazz experience with what people have come to expect from the Niagara Region: weekend getaways, fine dining, wineries and craft breweries, nature trails, B&Bs and much more.

The TD Niagara Jazz Festival was named Best New Festival or Event ($100,000 – $500,000 budget) by Festivals & Events Ontario and is now one of the selected 'Jazz Festivals of Canada'.
