Logistics
The TD Niagara Jazz Festival URGENTLY needs logistics volunteers to assist Absolute Events & Management in setting up, maintaining and tearing down our event sites at various locations in the St. Catharines/Niagara-on-the-Lake area, including Simcoe Park.
Logistics work requires long hours and a lot of heavy lifting.
Duties include:​

Setup: unload trucks; install fences; install and weight tents; build and stake frame tents; install signage; set up bar, tables, chairs and umbrellas; stake out perimeter line; support vendor load-in; set up guest entry areas

Operations/maintenance: support throughout the event; garbage collection;

Teardown: take down tents; break down site; load trucks; clean site

Friday afternoon/evening - Simcoe Park (setup)
Saturday morning – Simcoe Park (setup)
Saturday daytime - Simcoe Park (operations/maintenance)
Saturday evening - Simcoe Park (teardown)
Saturday afternoon/evening - winery (to be confirmed)
Sunday morning - (to be confirmed)
Sunday daytime/early evening - (to be confirmed) (operations/maintenance)
Sunday evening - (to be confirmed)
Monday daytime - cleanup
